#Greentea
These substances can reduce the formation of free radicals in the body, protecting cells and molecules from damage. These free radicals are known to play a role in aging and all sorts of diseases.
It Contains flavonoids in this tea have natural anti-inflammatory properties, diuretic effects and catechins, powerful #antioxidants. Green tea is made from Camelia sinensis leaves that have undergone minimal oxidation during processing, originated in China, but its production has spread to many countries in Asia.
Several varieties of green tea exist, which differ substantially due to growing conditions, horticulture, production processing, and time of harvest.

#Matcha or maccha is Japanese green tea, finely worked, mainly used in the traditional tea ceremony. The leaves are steamed, dried and reduced to a fine powder; there are two kinds, the koicha (often) that comes from plants older than 30 years, and the usucha (thin) that comes from plants under the age of 30 years.
