ALCALINE DIET

They are alkalinizing condiments: ginger, chili pepper, curry, sage, rosemary, fennel seeds and cumin seeds. They are cereals (or similar cereals) alkalizing the quinoa, millet and amaranth. In general, foods containing sugar and yeast, are fermented, refined, cooked to microwave or heavily treated foods. Most cereals are considered acidifying.
